钥匙扣数字珐琅点胶系统是一款视觉点胶机，专门为各种小配件和工艺品上色而设计。它利用Weldo的精密点胶机精确控制珐琅的用量，使珐琅均匀地涂抹在各种金属、合金、亚克力钥匙扣的表面，达到涂色均匀、涂层厚实饱满、色彩效果一致。
该款软质搪瓷点胶机通过气缸和阀体组件的组合，精确控制搪瓷胶的流出时间和流量。
通过WELDO压电阀的精确设置，可以精确控制钥匙扣的微小凹槽图案，填充颜色均匀；机械响应动作快，钥匙扣边缘干净，不会有珐琅堆积或打磨问题。压电阀喷嘴在钥匙扣上方1-3mm的点处喷射珐琅，不会出现针头碰撞、钥匙扣图案意外划伤的情况，比传统接触式珐琅点胶速度快3-8倍，不需要频繁调整高度，可同时处理多个产品文件。
WELDO的AB点胶机还有一个非常实用的功能，就是优化运动路径。
该系统会自动优化点胶和放置元件的移动路径，减少不必要的额外行走路径，提高生产效率。
